When and where is Levitation 2018?
Levitation will be held April 26-29, 2018.
The festival will be held at multiple venues and locations in downtown Austin, centered around 5 venues in the Red River Cultural District – all within a short walking distance of each other.
When and where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available now online HERE.
If the shows are not sold out, tickets will be available to purchase at the doors of each show.
WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF TICKETS?
The are four types of tickets available for purchase.
INDIVIDUAL SHOW TICKETS – $20 – $45 + fees
General Admission tickets per show. Works just like a regular show – your ticket is your guaranteed space at the show. Browse all currently announced events HERE.
DELUXE STUBB’S TICKETS – $100 + fees
– Exclusively available for each show at Stubb’s
– Access to Deluxe Area / elevated viewing platform located at rear of venue
– Express entry
– Private bathrooms
– Exclusive variant edition of the screen printed poster for the show
4 DAY STUBB’S PASS – $170 + fees
– The 4 Day Stubb’s pass gets you General Admission tickets to all 4 shows taking place at Stubb’s Waller Creek Amphitheatre over the Levitation 2018 weekend with one purchase.
DELUXE WEEKEND PASS – SOLD OUT
– General Admission access to all shows, all weekend
– Deluxe Tickets to all 4 Stubb’s shows

Yes. If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you have not received your confirmation or are having any other technical ticketing-related issues with your order, contact our ticketing partner Eventbrite.
I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER – WHERE CAN I GET HELP?

can I upgrade my General Admission Stubb’s ticket to a Deluxe Stubb’s Ticket?
Yes, as long as Deluxe Tickets are still available for the show you want to upgrade, we can process this for you. To upgrade, purchase your new ticket, and contact us to request a refund the original General Admission ticket. The full price of the original ticket including all fees will be refunded. I want to buy a 4 Day Stubb’s pass, but I already bought tickets to one of the shows – can I upgrade?
Yes, absolutely. Purchase your new 4 Day Stubb’s Pass, and contact us to request a refund the original General Admission ticket. The full price of the original ticket including all fees will be refunded. To request a refund, follow the instructions HERE.
Can I exchange my ticket for a ticket to another show?
Yes, to accommodate the tough decisions that inevitably come up when choosing between shows, we are offering ticket exchanges through April 1. To exchange a ticket, purchase your new ticket of equal or greater value, and contact us to refund the original ticket. The full price of the original ticket including all fees will be refunded. PLEASE NOTE TICKET EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED WITH OVERLAPPING SHOW SCHEDULES AND MATCHING TICKET PURCHASE NAMES / INFO.
I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, CAN I GET A REFUND?
No refunds or exchanges allowed. This is the industry standard for live music events – when you buy a ticket it’s yours to keep. If you can’t go to an event, you can give it to someone else.
I WANT TO GIVE MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE, HOW DO I DO THAT?
To transfer a ticket to another person, login to Eventbrite and update the order with the new attendees information. For more information, visit this PAGE.
ARE THERE PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes, check out the payment plans offered by Affirm during the Eventbrite payment process. Subject to approval, pay for your Levitation tickets in fixed monthly payments over 3 or 6 months at $0 down. (Payment plans are handled by Affirm and not Levitation directly. Please contact them directly with any specific questions).
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR AFFIRM PAYMENT PLANS?
– Visit the Eventbrite ticket page.
– Select your ticket as you normally would and proceed to check-out
– Under “Payment Method,” select “Monthly Payments with Affirm” from the drop-down menu
– Complete the Buyer and Address information on the page and click “Continue to Affirm”
– Fill out the information for your Affirm application
– If you are approved, select the plan you want, click Confirm Loan and you’re done!
– Your first monthly payment is due 30 days from the date Eventbrite processes your order. For more info about Affirm, please visit this link.
CAN I LEAVE THE VENUES ONCE I ENTER?
If you are 21+, you will be able to leave the festival venues and return. If you are under 21, you cannot re-enter the venue after you leave. Access is subject to venue policies. Please visit the venue door staff if you plan to leave and return – they will stamp your hand or give you a wristband for re-entry.
Are there any age restrictions?
All events are ALL AGES. All attendees must present a valid ID.
What are the accepted forms of ID?
– State Issued Driver’s License
– US Uniformed Services ID Card
– Foreign Driver’s License
– Expired Driver’s License AND State-Issued Temporary (Paper) ID
Where should I stay? What hotels are close to the venues?
There are many hotels in the Central Austin area close to downtown, as well as hotels that are within a walkable distance to the venues. Check out the LOCATION & TRAVEL page to see a map of the venues & nearby hotels.
Where can I park?
Metered on-street parking is available. We strongly advise carpooling, ride sharing and taxis to make sure you get home safely!
Do you take credit or debit cards?
Yes, all venues should be equipped to accept all traditional forms of payment and plenty of ATMs will be available in the area.
Will alcohol be available at each event?
Yes, all venues will have their own bars and beverages for sale. Please note all venues reserve the right to stop service to anyone they believe to be over intoxicated, and there is 0 tolerance for giving alcohol to anyone under 21.
Is Levitation ADA accessible?
Yes, and the exact accessibility specifications are venue-based. Please contact each venue for full details.
What about safety and medical needs?
If you need medical attention, please alert an event organizer, venue staff or member of our security staff and we will assist you. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.
Can I bring a camera?
Disposable and small digital photography will be allowed, but anything with a removable lens is not permitted. Audio and video recording devices are prohibited. Additionally, please be respectful of other patrons and the artists when using your camera. No flash photography allowed.
What can I bring and what is prohibited?
Rules and acceptable items may vary from venue to venue, but here’s a general list:
What’s ACCEPTABLE: Small purse or backpack, camera with non-removable lens. Please remember, everyone is subject to search and photography policies can vary from artist to artist.
What’s PROHIBITED: Anything illegal, alcohol, outside food or drink (including sealed water bottles), weapons, firearms, projectiles including glowsticks, video recording equipment, tri-pods, audio recording equipment and unauthorized merchandise.
Any person attempting to enter the venues with any of the prohibited item(s) above will be refused access, or at the venue’s discretion, allowed to give up the prohibited item(s) before entry. Confiscated items will be disposed of or given away at the venue’s discretion.
